As the Director of First Impressions and Social Engagement at Three Sixty, my main job was to help manage and maximize marketing and branding efforts. I designed flyers and postcards for agents, social media graphics, invitations, promotional materials; edited and updated Three Sixty's website; and regularly posted on, grew the following of, and maintained Three Sixty's social media channels. I ran office communications and support for the Three Sixty corporate team which included managing closing documents, company files, bank and credit card statements, and office contacts; and oversaw sales meeting minutes, new agent on-boarding, and the office calendar events. I spearheaded the planning, preparation, and execution of company events and client interactions and was a general go-to person for the daily operations of the company.
Assistant Director of Youth Ministry | May 2016 - August 2017
As the Assistant Director of Youth Ministry, my duties included development, implementation, and coordination of a yearly calendar of programs and events; preparing and teaching curriculum; drafting and designing marketing and promotional materials; participating in brand strategy meetings; creating web and copy content; managing church-wide and youth social media accounts; regularly updating the church website; implementing and improving church-wide social media communications by developing a social media strategy to increase following and reach; supervising and training a team of four college interns; cultivating positive relationships with youth, church members, and church staff; overseeing the recruitment of volunteers; and responding to email and telephone requests for information.

As a full-time intern at Auburn Christian Fellowship, my duties included planning and executing a weekly freshmen gathering; leading the preparation and serving of "free dinner" to 150-200 students weekly; hosting and leading weekly small groups on various topics; planning and executing weekly worship nights, Friday night events, Saturday tailgates and special events; taking part in weekly staff and team meetings; and weekly one-on-one mentor sessions with 40+ freshmen girls.

At the Office of Admissions and Recruitment, I was one of the first faces on Auburn's campus that greeted prospective families. I communicated via email, phone, and in person with 100-200 families daily to educate on the university admissions process. I scheduled and organized campus tours for prospective students and their families; provided information about academic programs, application processes, extra curricular activities, and overall campus experience; and prepared information packets daily for students that visited campus.

In the Office of Communications and Marketing at Auburn University, I worked as an intern for the director of communications and media relations. My duties included: writing and submitting the "Auburn News," the twice weekly faculty and staff newsletter; preparing and editing university press releases and feature stories; interviewing sources and transcribing interview quotes for stories; attending and reporting on events for university news purposes; and taking part in weekly news team meetings.

At the National Infantry Foundation, I interned with the director of sales and donor relations. My duties included: researching and writing social media posts; writing donation requests, thank you notes and updating donor databases; working with Adobe Photoshop to design fliers and posters; surveying museum visitors; assisting coworkers with the planning and execution of events; and organizing and acquiring items for a silent auction at the annual fundraising gala.
Exchange Student | Fall 2013
I worked for the nonprofit CMF International and its Globalscope International Campus Ministry program. I lived and worked in Birmingham, England, just off of the University of Birmingham campus. My day-to-day duties were to assist in daily organization and maintenance of the nonprofit, event planning and relationship building. In addition, I helped produce the organization's weekly news, made social media posts, helped to execute weekly dinners and events, and gained a global perspective while learning cross-cultural communication.
